Quantum dots are very versatile nano-materials with a core semi-conductor and organic shell structure.
This organic shell structure can be modified and built upon to ensure the QDs work in a varied of applications that may use different carrier systems. This includes but is not limited to printing ink including ink jet printing, silicone, polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate based polymers, alcohols and water.
